How do I place my system on test?
Call the Control Center at 800.341.9292. Provide the following
Ask to place your system on test (temporarily out of service). Tell the operator how long you would like to have the system on test. Any alarm signals received during this period of time will be logged, but not dispatched on.
This is typically used for fire alarm systems, when repairs are being made to the system. However, if you are conducting a test of your intrusion alarm system you will want to do this as well.
